STORY
From the heart of the sea to your heart.
Chahine Seafood is a Lebanese sandwich house built around one idea: take the day's catch from the Mediterranean coast, fry it the moment someone orders, and hand it over on a toasted baguette before the crust has time to cool.
That idea now lives in ten branches, strung along the country from Tripoli in the north through Byblos, Kaslik, Dekwaneh, Hamra, Cola, the Southern Suburb, Khaldeh and Aley, all the way down to Saida. Same menu card in every kitchen, same pickles, same tartare, same crispy fillet that put the name on the map.
Between the branches, the giveaways, the winners and the late-night runs for a Chahine's Shrimp sandwich, a community of more than sixty-eight thousand regulars follows along on Instagram. We do not call them customers. We call them the people we feed.
